Matches in the cash-strapped second and third tier leagues have been suspended after the players union (PSAP) went on strike on Monday. Football League 1 and 2 (2 nd and 3 rd division) clubs have no money to pay insurance contributions for their players as they are waiting for funds from a sponsorship deal with state-run betting company OPAP. The agreement, which was supposed to be completed in May2011, has not yet been signed
