Hellenic Tournament Registration Form We are now accepting club registrations for our 4th Annual Hellenic Tournament to be held in Chicago, Illinois, USA! The following registration form is the first step towards the Hellenic soccer fun and excitment we promise to bring all of the teams. At this point we are just collecting the necessary information so we can plan our event. We understand that are many questions to be answered but once we are at the point that we can give more details about the 2009 Hellenic Tournament we will contact each club and let them know what the next and final step will be. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD by letting other Hellenic clubs know where to find us so they can submit their own pre-registration form! At any time if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us. NOTE: You will need to submit a registration form for each team of your club you want to participate with. For example, if you have 2 teams playing for the same club and one team wants to participate in the Men's Open division and the other in the Men's Over 30 division then please submit a form for each team (2 total) selecting the appropriate division.
