The Epsilon Team (Ομάδα Έψιλον) is a persistent rumor concerning a secret society consisting of an elite team of Greek engineers, academics, pilots, powerful businesspeople and politicians manufacturing and piloting UFOs and supposedly working for major international forces or even secretly ruling the United States of America.

Their existence is promoted by pseudohistorians and ufologists.

Their supporters like to present the "Epsilon Team" as a proof of the superiority of the Greek race and culture above all other cultures, by claiming that Ancient Greeks were of extraterrestrial, Hyperborean origins and had extremely advanced technology, now secretly discovered and studied by the "Epsilon Team", which is, if not of Greek origin, at least using "forbidden" and "top secret" Greek technology, either the result of rediscovering "ancient" technology or the work of scientists, members of the society. Also this team is supposed to fight against the so called Jewish Darkness, an eternal fight between light and darkness. A fight between two cultures actually, the Greek and the Israeli. The Epsilon Team is also viewed as a counterpart/competitor to the "Jewish lobbies" that supposedly rule the world, meant to establish the Greeks as the "chosen people".

Epsilon Team's associated symbol is a Delphic Epsilon, looking like two Epsilons connected back to back and considered to appear on their "UFOs" and on ancient Greek and Inca monuments as well. Their "UFOs" are also supposed to have the word "Ελευθερία" (Freedom, in Greek) on them.

Coincidentally, in modern Greek, "Epsilon" is also the first letter of the words "Ελλάδα" and "Έλληνες"—Greece and Greeks (Hellenes), respectively—and generally of anything having to do with Hellenism and Greece.

The symbol represents the two different hemispheres of the human brain. The left, and the right side of it.

As stated by people proclaiming themselves as members or representatives of the Epsilon Team, they are briefly:

- Spreading the influence of Greek culture all over the world.
- Projecting and promoting all "positive aspects" of Greece and Greek arts, culture, language, civilization, etc. all over the world.
- Restoring the ancient Greek moral values and way of life.
- Uniting all of the people's world under the Apollonian Light.
- Pursue of perfection under the perspective of Apollonian Aesthetics.
- Military defence of Greece through secret, proprietary and exclusive science and technology.

Relatively recent indications that Anestis Keramidas is attempting to co-opt the Greek Orthodox Church (TV appearances where he claimed that the Greek Orthodox Church is the continuation of the Greek pantheon, attempts he made to identify Jesus with the Argonaut Jason), etc. offer another possible explanation: In recent years, the Epsilon Team have started questioning the way in which Christianity was accepted by their ancestors and the identification of Hellenism and Orthodoxy. These persons have sometimes sought to revive the ancient Greek pagan religion, while others have become atheist. The official Church of Greece, who has prominent activity in social and spiritual affairs, never mentioned anything about Epsilon, pro or against and it's likely that they never bothered about the subject. Religious (conservative) analysts and theologians however (who don't obligatory express the official Church's view) claim it's a hoax originated from Greek neo-pagans.

This is the most profound text I have ever read. For yeare a band of Greek patriots has been insisting that

1) The Greek nation is not only the best, smartest, peerless nation in thr world but, also, it has invented and discovered everything that needed be invented or discovered

and

2) The world is ruled by as Jewish cabal

I, for one, had difficulty understanding how the smartest nation on the earth could be consistently outsmarted and dominated by the descendants of Egyptian slaves. This E-team story explains everythig! In particular the following passage:

which clearly shows that the double epsilon stands for ΕλληνοΕβραίοι. The world is ruled by a crew of outstanding Greeks who, somewhat perverted by their Hebraic beliefs, prefer secrecy over openness and when it comes to Israel have their analytical minds overcome by raw emotion.

It’s got me thinking - why was Socrates not scared of death? Because he and a few others had discovered (or knew from previous Hyperborean generations) the secret to eternal life and how to bring people back from the dead. He, Plato, and a good number of others now live in Atlantis. The legendary Atlantis is not a lost continent or island, it's another planet in a nearby star system. This planet is run by Philosopher leaders, as written about by Plato. Pericles also lives there. During the Spartan siege of Athens Pericles and many other great minds were said to have died of the plague, however they actually voyaged to another planet. This would explain the peculiar lights that the Spartans witnessed beyond the Piraeus walls of Athens and into the night sky. Aristotle had to remain to train up new Hellenic leaders (Alexander the Great) to take over after the mass exodus to Atlantis. Alexander, a mere mortal was promised passage and eternal life on Atlantis. This is why he spent a good deal of time acting as though he were an immortal god. However, following the Greek brain drain, the Romans took over and civilisation plummeted back to Eastern style / average human rule. The philosopher kings of Atlantis have been putting off a return until the right time. Of course, a few have returned pretending to be a Messiah etc, keeping the message basic for common human beings, for good or evil purposes. Jesus - he is probably Jason and the same technology that raised Socrates was used to raise him. Now you know why he never feared death. Same goes for the leaders of other religions. Over the last century the people of Atlantis have been making more and more appearances on earth. Trying to raise the standard of living etc and support the classical Greek way of life. Re malaka, philosophers never feared death because in the Ancient greek school of though, when the soul is seperated from the body, than can the soul continue on its journey to seek the truth. The body's pains and pleasures cloud the soul in it search for the ultimate truth(God). Death is not the end, it is the next step.

I find the opening and sybsequent statement illuminating. For instance there is the paradox of NATO:

Why would a country in the Eastern end of the Mediterranean join the Atlantic Treaty?
Why would the public protest the NATO policies but the government stay in NATO, and
Why would the whole Greece consider the NATO bombing of Serbia barbaric but re-elect the Simitis government which facilitated the bombings?

In the opening statement we read:

Given that hyperborean=far north, it becomes obvious that the true acronym is

And then, thanks to the discussion that followed, I found out that philosophers not only do not fear death, they must welcome it since
