Good luck to the NT. It will be a shame if we don't make the Olympics. For decades the Water Polo NT was the only Greek NT that used to qualify for the Olympics on regular basis.

Well said Ziaka.. this is the moment we all have been waiting for for over 2 years. The path back to were we belong.. amongst the elite of the world and all starts tomorrow. A supporter ever since my first 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.. Greece has to qualify for London 2012.

Since 1972, the Men's Greek Water Polo national teams missed only one Olympics. The 1976 games in Montreal.

Hellas played solid defense.. unstopable except of Doskas being out with an injury this is the strongest squad we had since 2004-2008 period.

Hellas did not concede a single goal in the second half (last 2 quarters). This is just great.. solid defending and great keeping. Just awesome. Tomorrow we play Romania at 5pm they are currently playing Germany right now. Tomorrows match will be very interesting as both teams will fight for the victory to avoid Spain in the quarter finals. Last time we played Romania was about a month ago we defeated them 10-9 in the world league.
