you mentioned the other clubs..who you say were in the same boat as IRA?? Others dispute the facts are different in each case..

BUT.. Why did EPO come down hard on IRA...Compared to the others? If all facts were the same?

we discuss the shortcomings and problems of greek football and greek society and greek politics in other threads in great detail..

You would have seen most of us at times can be rather harsh and brutal....at times maybe unfair..

BUT I see that Iraklis unfortunately and sadly....at times being an example of part of the problem of greek football and society...A club with a good supporter base and history...BUT the fans only rally behind the club in these dire times..taking to the streets and creating mayhem ...instead of filling their stadium... If 20000 fans went to each home game Iraklis would be in Champions League not D division.. If they had 20000 fans to 15 home matches they could afford a Leto and Galletti each year.
The club with its stadium and history would be very attractive to investors.. BUT in true Greek style..they put their energies in the wrong areas..

Good and fair post RS. I agree with that post totally and I too wish that was the case.
Look at me, I'm half a world away and I buy a membership(Gold) yearly and get to at least 3 games every year.
I wish more of our fans did that!

My last post is tongue and cheek at Reaper who needs a reality check!

Wow, this forum has lit up!

Kurosawa I hear you and share the same frustration and anger as to what has happened to our beloved club.

You would think that by posting views and thoughts in your own club forum you might get a sympathetic ear but still get trashed.

Some come on here with their holier than thou opinions but it's just that, ones opinion. Some may have valid credit and others just dribble crap.

We will never see eye to eye with some outsiders on matters Iraklis but opinions are like arseholes, we all have one and they all stink!

the reason Iraklis got sent to the 4th division was because they didn't even send registration papers who's fault is that? the gipedo was more full today then in the superleague games! ha perpaphs if the iraklis fans suported their team they would not have fallen into the abyss. Yes perhaps iraklis has done what many other greek teams do all the time, but burning the streets of Thessaloniki and destroying the stadium is not justified

Yes ...its all a conspiracy...to destroy Iraklis....everything in Greece is a conspiracy....Merkel wants to bring down elected governments doing a great job..
And EPO wants to destroy Iraklis, because they are run so well they are a threat to the big Athens teams...

The hraklis game was called OFF and THEN the fans stormed into the pitch. PAO fans NEVER took the banner down at the Ergotelis game in Oaka. Game was never called off

QUOTE

The ref would have come back out and continued if he wasn't getting punched in the back of the head by a a bunch of brave iraklis fans...
