great win by iron mike, superior boxing skills which the turk had no answer for.

would like to see these matches go over 10 rounds, 5 is to short i think.

No way could you do 10 rounds with kickboxing or any MMA. Takes a lot more energy than boxing which is purely punching.

when he beat the turk in melbourne it was over 10 rounds if i remember correctly.

mma matches were going for over 30 minutes when they had no time limit i remember a royce gracie v ken shamrock match went for over 30 minutes with no rounds.

but to make it more pleasing for tv, they brought in rounds and started standing the fighters up if there was no action on the ground, something i totally disagree with.

when pro wrestling used to be real in the early 1900s matches could last for 3 hours.

bare knuckle boxing used to go for over 20 rounds in the early 1900s.

It looked like an innocent play. It wasn't a crazy punch or anything, it was a soft one. Zambidis was still okay to fight. He was completely conscious and fit to fight. He was actually the one who felt the discomfort and asked to be looked at for medical attention. His jaw must have just moved slightly out of position because a clean shot to the jaw resulting in fracture is an instant knockout.
